Returns

Goods are accepted for returns within 3 days of receipt of your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition, in the original packaging. Please do not ship goods back without contact us first. Note: goods must be returned to our Canadian address.

Gift certificates are non-returnable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, minus any original shipping charges, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted,sale, or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you feel your item is defective or damaged and need an exchange, please contact us.   We will send instructions on how to return the item for replacement.
